Great tracker for managing pain and looking for escalating issues. It allows me to note influences. Love the editable fields.

It is easy to use. I like that you can add items to report on. Excellent reports that you can have for yourself or give to your doctor

I would give this app a 10-Star Rating, if possible! Soo easy to use, very helpful for those that have a chronic illness & visit the doctor regularly. This app allows you to ‘add’ & ‘customize’ options specific to your pain/discomfort. GREAT APP!

I've suffered for over a year with chronic pain and this app makes it so easy to monitor times, pain level and symptoms so when I see my dr. its all in chart, graph or written form. Thanks for a useful app that's "idiot proof"

I don't normally leave feedback. But, I felt that this app deserved some... This app is perfect for tracking and rating my pain. I love the feature that you can back it up to either the online server or the devices memory. I can also create reports to send to my Dr. so they can see my progress. It is a great way to organize and track my pain. Well worth the price.

Wow, finally! I have some control. This is a great app which allows you to take control of the pain and produce tangible results for your Dr. I used to have trouble remembering all the information about my pain. Last week I walked in and handed him a concise report. This will also allow me to make my case for a possible disability claim in the future. Thank you!
Pretty Impressive. A comprehensive tool that allows me to not only track and measure my pain, but also provides a hard-copy explanation for my doctors that should ultimately lead to better care and treatment. Also, in time, this compiled information should also help me to better understand the nature of my pain and therefore help me to better cope with it... for the rest of my life.
