Upgrading to the Pro version will give you unlimited analytics and insights. In addition, you will be given 3 report credits to generate full reports. After that, you will need purchase more credits to generate full reports with advanced sections.

Note: If you purchase Manage My Pain Pro directly from Google Play, then this option is no longer visible.
Go to Subscription Plan & Credits section
Open the app and click the "My Profile" button. On the "My Profile" screen, expand the "Subscription Plan & Credits" section. Your current plan and available credits will be shown.

Press "CHANGE PLAN" on the right-hand side of the current plan and you will be taken to the "Subscription Plans" screen.

Upgrade Pro version
On the "Subscription Plans" screen, press the "Pro Version" card to expand and see more details about this version. Press "UPGRADE".

Complete payment method
A pop-up window at the bottom of the screen will be shown. Select your payment method and press "1-TAP BUY" or "CONTINUE".

Once the payment is successful you will be upgraded to the "Pro Version" of the app.

Subscribing monthly will give you unlimited analytics, insights and full reports. When subscribed, there will be no need or option to purchase report credits to generate full reports with advanced sections.

Press "CHANGE PLAN" on the right-hand side of the current plan and you will be taken to the "Subscription Plans" screen.

Complete payment method
A pop-up window at the bottom of the screen will be shown. Select your payment method and press "SUBSCRIBE".

Once the payment is successful, you will upgraded to the "Pro Subscription" version of the app.

Order credit from Report screen
Open the app and click the "Reports" button.

Press "ORDER CREDITS" and you will be taken to "Order Credits" screen.

Open the app and click the "My Profile" button. On the "My Profile" screen, expand the "Subscription Plan & Credits" section. Your current plan and available credits will be shown.

Press "ORDER CREDITS" on the right-hand side of the current credits and you will be taken to the "Order Credits" screen.

Choose number of credits to purchase
Most reports do not require credits. Credits are only needed to generate reports that include advanced sections such as "Chart View", "Timeline View" and "Calendar View" for Lite and Pro version users or to include records that are older than 30 days for Lite users.

There are options on how many credits you can purchase - press "ORDER CREDITS".

Complete order credits payment
A pop-up window at the bottom of the screen will be shown. Select your payment method and press "1-TAP BUY" or "Continue". Once the payment is successful your credit is now available.

Go to Manage subscription screen
On the "Subscription Plans" screen, press "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" and you will taken to the "Manage subscription" screen.

Cancel your subscription
At the bottom of the screen, press "Cancel subscription". A pop-up window will be shown, you will be asked to answer why you will be cancelling your subscription and press "CONTINUE"

Confirm subscription cancellation
After you answered the question, press "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION".

Once subscription is cancelled, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen that says "Subscription will be cancelled".

Restore your subscription
Press "Restore". A pop-up window will be shown - press "RESTORE SUBSCRIPTION".

After your subscription is restored, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen that says "Subscription restored".
