Detailed Steps
  1. Go to Pain Record or Daily Reflection screen. Add or update a pain record or daily reflection as you normally would. Lists can only be customized from within these screens.
  2. Expand section. Press the + icon in the section you wish to customise and it will expand.
  3. Press Edit List. At the very bottom of the expanded section, you will see the text that says EDIT LIST. Pressing it will take you to the Modify List screen.
  4. Show or hide relevant values. The checkbox in the "Show?" column will determine if the value is displayed when adding or updating a record. Please note that this is a global preference, meaning that all records will be affected by this setting. Just because a value is not shown does not mean it cannot be shown in the future. Likewise, you may hide a value from the list by unchecking it. This will not disassociate that value from any records that are assigned to it.
  5. Add custom value. In the bottom-right of the Modify List screen, there is a floating + button. If you click it, you can add any value that does not already exist in the list. Once added, you will see a little custom tag displayed underneath the value.
  6. Delete custom value. If you long-press or swipe right on a custom value, you will see an option to edit (blue pen icon) or delete (red trash bin icon) the value. Pressing the red trash bin icon will remove the custom value from the list permanently. Please note that removing a custom value will also affect all records that had previously been associated to that record. It is not a reversible action, so please ensure you have a backup prior to performing this operation. A confirmation prompt will appear if there are affected records.
  7. Edit custom value. If you long-press or swipe right on a custom value, you will see an option to edit (blue pen icon) or delete (red trash bin icon) the value. Pressing the blue pen icon will launch a pop-up where you can change the value to any non-existing value. Please note that editing a custom value will also affect all records that had previously been associated to that record. It is not a reversible action, so please ensure you have a backup prior to performing this operation. A confirmation prompt will appear if there are affected records.
  8. Delete medication. If you long-press or swipe right on a medication, you will see an option to edit (blue pen icon) or delete (red trash bin icon) the value. Pressing the red trash bin icon will remove the medication from the list permanently as well as from your profile. Please note that removing a medication will also affect all records that had previously been associated to that record. It is not a reversible action so please ensure you have a backup prior to performing this operation. A confirmation prompt will appear if there are affected records.
  9. Edit medication. If you long-press or swipe right on a medication, you will see an option to edit (blue pen icon) or delete (red trash bin icon) the value. Pressing the blue pen icon will launch the Edit Medication screen. Please note that editing a medication will also affect all records that had previously been associated to that record. It is not a reversible action, so please ensure you have a backup prior to performing this operation. A confirmation prompt will appear if there are affected records.

Common questions
Why are the Alleviating and Ineffective Factor lists the same? The list used for Alleviating and Ineffective Factors is shared, so any change made to one section will be automatically reflected in the other

How do I add a medication to the list? Adding a medication should be done through the Profile page, and not through the Modify List page. The medications in the Profile are automatically reflected in the customised lists for Aggravating, Alleviating, and Ineffective Factors.

How come I can't find what I need in the list? We have provided a starting list of common values in each section based on a review of clinically-validated questionnaires and guidance from our Medical Advisory Board. If you can't find what you need, just add it!
