Reflect back on your day and record the meaningful activities you did.
Android
Web App
Detailed Steps
  1. Add Daily Reflection after adding a Pain Record. The Daily Reflection screen will automatically show up after the pain record screen if it is 8PM or later. If you already have added a Daily Reflection for today, it will not be shown.
  2. Add Daily Reflection from Notification. Whenever you receive a notification from the app that is 8PM or later, clicking it will take you directly to the Daily Reflection screen.
  3. Add Daily Reflection from the Pain Record screen. When you are adding a pain record, you can switch to the Daily Reflection screen by pressing the Menu icon (the three dots) that appears in the top-right of the screen, and select Add Daily Reflection.
  4. Duplicate an Existing Record. To save time, you can duplicate an existing daily reflection by long-pressing it in the clipboard on the Home Screen or on the Results > Records tab (they appear with stars instead of circles). Duplicating a record will copy all sections except for the Date, which will be set to the current date.
  5. Complete the Daily Reflection. The pain record is made up of 2 sections, both of which are optional. Please see the Customise Lists guide to ensure that all values are relevant to your situation, which will greatly speed up this process.
  6. Press Save. To make sure all your record is properly stored, scroll to the bottom of the screen and press the "Save" button.

Common questions
When should I add a daily reflection? We recommend that you add it after you are close to ending your day and getting ready to retire for the night (e.g. 8PM)

How do I add a record in the past? Just click the word "today" in the question, "What did you do that mattered to you today?".
Detailed Steps
  1. Add Daily Reflection after 8PM. The Daily Reflection screen will automatically show up first on the Home Screen if it is 8PM or later. If you already have added a Daily Reflection for today, the pain record will be shown instead.
  2. Add Daily Reflection from Header Bar. On any screen, there is a "+" icon that appears in the top-right of the Action Bar. Pressing it will give you the option to add either a new pain record or daily reflection.
  3. Duplicate an Existing Record. To save time, you can duplicate an existing pain record from the Results > Records > Daily Reflections tab. Expand the record you wish to duplicate, then press the middle icon that appears on the left-hand side (it looks like two pieces of paper, one on top of the other). Duplicating a record will copy all sections except for the Start Time, which will be set to the current time.
  4. Complete the Daily Reflection. The pain record is made up of 2 sections, both of which are optional. Please see the Customise Lists guide to ensure that all values are relevant to your situation, which will greatly speed up this process.
  5. Press Save. To make sure all your record is properly stored, press the "Save" button that appears in the top-right of the screen in the Header Bar.
